Editorial rejection: “you are not citing articles of Statistical Papers”
The journal Statistical Papers, with editorial office at the University of Dortmund rejects all manuscript submissions if the authors do not cite papers from this Springer-published journal. The editors claim it is not about impact factor rigging.
